Deposits and Refunds
Credit cards are charged at time of booking. However, $100 deposit can hold your reservation until 1 month before your arrival date if you prefer and ask for this option. Then the balance would be automatically charged 1 month prior to arrival.
If you change your mind and cancel, you get a refund of all money except $100 deposit, providing you cancel earlier than one month before arrival.
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel during the 1 month prior to arrival, we will do all we can to rebook it. If we can rebook it, we do refund, except for the deposit and a $35 rebooking fee. The more advance cancellation notice we have to put the dates back on the availability calendar, the better chance it will be rebooked and the better chance for refund, so call us as soon as you can.
We do try to work with our guests if unforeseen emergencies occur, and we make every effort to call waiting lists to help rebook. Many dates are waitlisted.
Waiver of Liability
We must ask for a waiver of
liability form on file for any minor guests in the party. Click
