Waiver of Liability
Willowbrook Cottage and Cabins
Guidelines and Policies
Registered Guests only unless previously arranged with owner
All our cabins and cottage are non-smoking inside. Since removing smoke residue
from furniture, bedding, and draperies is a major problem, an automatic we
regret that a charge of $250 will be made to anyone who violates the no-smoking
inside rule. During National Forest Burn Bans, no smoking outside either,
due to our being so close to the Forest.
Free Wireless Internet at all units. Signal is weakest at Woodhaven.
Cable TV at Willowbrook and the Nest, but no tv reception at Woodhaven or
Sunnybrook. All cabins have dvd/vcr with selection of videos.
Sorry, no pets at any of our cabins or cottages. No exceptions. If you are traveling
with a pet, there is a great veterinary clinic and boarding just 5 minutes
away, where you can kiss your four-footed child goodnight and then come to the
cottage or cabin. Pets must not be inside or outside at the cabins or cottage.
To arrange pet-boarding, ask Carolyn to arrange it with Dr.McDonald.
No excessive alcoholic beverages or loud parties.
No children at the Nest or Willowbrook Cottage: but children are welcome at
Woodhaven or Sunnybrook Cabins--in fact, they stay free!
We do not charge an up-front damage security deposit, but you will be charged
for any breakage, damage or theft.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If you need to use
another type of card, you can attempt to enter it online at our secure site;
often it will accept minor credit cards. If not, you can pay online at
www.paypal.com to send money to email@example.com
DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS:
Credit cards are charged at time of booking. However, if you change your mind and cancel, you get a
no-questions-asked refund of all money except $35
deposit, up to 2 weeks before arrival. You can use the $35 as credit on
your next visit.
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel or change your dates during the 2
weeks prior to arrival, we will do all we can to rebook it. If we can rebook it,
we do refund, except for the a $35 rebooking fee. The more advance cancellation
notice we have to put the dates back on the availability calendar, the better
chance it will be rebooked and the better chance for refund, so call us as soon
as you can.
We make every effort to call waiting lists to help rebook. Many dates are

Each minor guest must have a waiver of liability sent to us before they can

returned to us by email--or faxed to 708 776-0288 . Or, if time permits, mail
to the address on the waiver of liability form. Email
for a quick reply, if you have any questions.
You will notice that we don't charge a damage deposit up front against breakage or
damage; that's because we seem to get all the best guests, and it was just extra
bother to charge! However, if there
should be breakage or damage, it would have to be charged to your account,
normal wear and tear excluded.
Cleaning: there is no regular cleaning charge; however, we ask guests to clean
and put away dishes and utensils they use. If they leave a mess in the kitchen,
there is a $30 cleaning charge. (Our maid service does not include
dishwashing, so they charge extra.)

883-5492 as early as possible in your stay to report any problems. Your comfort
is important to us! If you are unhappy with your cabin choice, and you let us
know as soon as you arrive, we will do all we can to make you happy. You are our
guest, and are very important to us.
