Guidelines and Policies

	Registered Guests only; our cabins are for your own getaway
	All our cabins and cottage are non-smoking. You may smoke outside, using provided ashtrays
	No charge for maid service before you arrive and after you depart; if you desire extra maid service during your stay, it can be arranged
	Free Internet, but no tv reception except at the Nest

We can accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If you need to use another type of card, you can pay online at www.paypal.com to send money to carolyn@willowbrookcottage.com

5% discount for payment in full by check or money order at time of reservation, if there is time for check to clear. A credit card is still needed to hold the reservation until the check arrives. When booking online, make a note that you wish to pay by check. Checks should be made out to Carolyn MacMahon and sent to our rental office (not the cottage or cabin address):

As soon as the check arrives, we will email you that you are paid in full. If the check does not arrive in 7 days, your card will be charged instead. If the check arrives after that, we can credit your card.

Deposits and Refunds

$100 deposit holds your reservation until 4 weeks before your arrival date, at which time the remainder is due.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel during the 4 weeks prior to arrival, we will do all we can to rebook it. If we can rebook it, we do refund, including even the deposit, except for a $35 rebooking fee.

We do try to work with our guests if unforeseen emergencies occur and we make every effort to call waiting lists to help rebook. Many dates are waitlisted.

Waiver of Liability

We must ask for a waiver of liability form on file for any minor guests in the party. Click here for form to print out. The form can be mailed to our office, or you can print it out, sign, scan, and return to us by email--or fax it to 708 776-0288 .
